Join Rowdy Gaines, Gold Medalist, Record holder, NBC Swim Analyst and Commentator, plus USA Swimming Ambassador, in-the-water for a concentrated swim clinic to improve your stoke technique. This limited 30 participate clinic will focus on 3 key areas;

1. Freestyle Stroke
2. Streamline
3. Starts and Turns

Rowdy will be assisted in each lane by an All Star collection of accomplished swimmers from YMCA’s East Senior 1 team.

When: Sunday, May 4, 2025
Check-in: opens at 8:30am, clinic starts 9:00am
Clinic: 9:00am until 10:00am
Cost: $50.00
